The privacy aspect is implemented in everything Tunstall does, in all steps of the process, from the inception of a new improvement idea, during its development, to the end of the process. Tunstall ensures personal data is kept up-to-date and processed in a manner that ensures security, integrity, and confidentiality.
At Tunstall we make sure that all personal data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent way. Tunstall only collects personal data in accordance with the instructions given by the data controller, and in accordance with the purposes and legal grounds given by the data controller. Tunstall does not process personal data for any other purpose. Contact your employer or care provider for complete information regarding their handling of your personal data including purpose, legal grounds, retention policy, and your rights as a data subject according to the EU General data protection regulation (GDPR).
The information is stored in accordance with the data controller’s retention policy.
The app only processes personal data that is necessary for the given purpose.
Your telephone number is collected if needed for core functionality reasons when you log in. Where applicable, the location data is collected all the time, provided you have not turned this functionality off.
Information about your actions, such as check-in and check-out are registered by you.
Information about your schedule is provided by your employer or care provider through the TES web application.
Your contact information and schedule are displayed to yourself and your colleagues/care providers in the app so that you can be contacted if needed or reach the nearest colleague/care provider in case of emergency.
Your visit to a customer, or a care provider’s visit to you is registered in the app. When the assignment is completed, and you check out, the visit will move to History.
Your location data and telephone number are used in order to contact you in the case of alarms. They are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any third party. The app may use Crashlytics which saves information related to crashes. However, no user data is saved.
Actions and notes registered in the TES app are also visible and registered in the TES web application.
Your employer, or care provider, who is the data controller, will be able to access information about you, your visits, and your actions in the app.
The information collected in the app is stored together with all other information handled in the TES web application or other database.
If you are a care provider, the use of the app is part of executing your obligations as an employee.

You can change your telephone number in the app’s settings.
You can turn off location data at any time. This would however mean that you will not have access to certain parts of the app, and this would affect your reception of alarms.
The app does not use cookies. However, in the case of federated login, the external identity provider may have their own cookies.
